Coconut Cartel

Our rum blends are aged for up to 12 years in new charred American white oak barrels.

The "secret sauce" in our unique blending method is the infusion of freshly harvested coconut water to "proof" the rum blend from cask strength to bottle strength
(80 Proof / 40% ABV).

Flavor Notes: 🌴🥃
This blend features tropical aromas of fresh coconut with hints of banana, mango and vanilla. Upon tasting, notes of plantain, caramel, sandalwood and burnt brown sugar come forward with of course coconut making a subtle appearance alongside a flint of minerality and a touch of saltiness from the coconut water.

Coconut Cartel is best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a classic dark spirits cocktail.
